Nursing home abuse Tragic accident involving a big-rig & an SUV

Southern California is not used to snowy weather.  However, motorists near Joshua Tree National Park can say otherwise.  A heavy snowstorm hit the area last week and closed some of the roads – they are now open again.  The storm left about a foot of snow near the park; roads were closed while city crews plowed the roads clean.

The best advice for driving in snowy weather is not to drive at all unless absolutely necessary.  It is best to remain indoors until snow plows and trucks filled with sand have had a chance to make the roads drivable again.

Most Californians do not have to worry about driving in the snow – unless of course they live in the mountain areas.  These hazardous conditions can lead to life-threatening injuries.

If you are injured by another person while driving in snow or ice, or any other kind of accident, contact an experienced San Bernardino Personal Injury attorney who will listen to your concerns, investigate the circumstances, and explain your legal rights while fighting to get the compensation you deserve for your injuries.
