Ready Pac Foods has recalled more than 5,000 cases of bagged salad because of a possible E.coli contamination. According to the Food and Drug Administration, these bags of romaine lettuce mixes were distributed to 15 Western states, including California.
The recall took place after a random government test was performed that showed contamination. The bagged salads have a sell-by date of November 18.
If you purchased one of these bags of salad mixes and have gotten sick, contact a San Bernardino Personal Injury attorney who has handled other product liability cases – one that will fight for your rights and make sure you are compensated for your injuries and expenses.

Reasons for the recall include:
· A potential allergen found in the product
· Discovery of an organism in the ingredients
· Mislabeling – not listing all the ingredients on the label
Food recalls range anywhere from fruits and vegetables to meat products, sauces and candy.
